Light Therapy is a Bright Idea
It's April already but so many of us are still experiencing cloudy days and, in some cases, snow! Light therapy is a great way to break out of the weather doldrums and give your energy a boost. Sunshine and daylight both a positive effect on us by improving our mood and easing depression.

When you're engaged in a hearty laugh, your mind is distracted and it's impossible to focus on anything else. Laughter therapy, or humor therapy as it's sometimes called, is used in both corporate and medical settings because its benefits are so vast.
